Products of the highest quality, maximum delivery reliability and the greatest possible cost-effectiveness: these are the decisive criteria for us – and also from the point of view of our customers – on which we base all our manufacturing processes.
In recent years, we have therefore analyzed our internal processes in detail and optimized them in accordance with the principles of lean management and lean manufacturing. This also included the consistent introduction of clocked flow production in a one-day cycle and work planning on an hourly basis. These measures have led to a sustained improvement in material flow and a significant reduction in throughput and processing times. This has enabled us to further improve our delivery times.
But each individual employee has also benefited from the optimization measures, because the workplaces have also been redesigned according to ergonomic criteria. In addition, we introduced a certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 years ago, which covers our entire design and manufacturing process and contributes to the continuously high quality of our products.
