Sliding floors

In the wood materials sector, our push floors are used where large quantities of material are to be stored temporarily. Examples include wood chips, recycled material, sawdust, fuel or pellets.

Various sizes are available: Our push floors are available in standard sizes ranging from 3 m to 21 m. Depending on the size and moving floor length, up to 1,700 m3/h can be stored. The standard discharge capacities range from 100 m3/h to 1000 m3/h.

Silo discharge conveyor

Conveying heavy-flowing materials is a real challenge. That is why we have developed a special silo discharge conveyor with a combined scraper arm and screw system. This enables reliable discharge and metering of difficult-flowing materials (e.g. pastes and slurries) or other bridging materials from silos and bunkers. And this is how it works: a rotating clearing arm activates the discharge, while the slotted bottom supports the uniform mass flow. Downstream, combing discharge screw conveyors safely meter the difficult-flowing materials from the feed and ensure transport to the transfer point.

Lump and nodule crushers

Our lump and tuber crushers for light and soft bulk materials are mainly used in the sugar industry. Here they are used to crush material that has caked together. However, our special plants can also be found in other industries: For example, the double-shaft large lump crusher is mainly used in power plants as well as in the ash area of waste incineration plants.
