Special systems

As individual as our customers

Special systems for specific requirements

We are constantly developing ourselves and our products for our customers. This results in innovative conveying equipment and special plants that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of our customers. Examples of this are our crushers, paste bunkers and silo discharge systems for problematic, difficult-flowing materials.

And should you not yet find exactly the technology that suits you and your processes in our product range: Talk to us – we look forward to developing a solution for you, too, that meets your application in every detail. Below you will find interesting examples of special plants from AMF-Bruns.

Brochure: Conveyor systems

Welcome to the world of conveyor systems! This brochure will give you an overview of our conveyor systems. You will also find technical data and performance-related specifications for our products.

Product variations:

Well stored

Sliding floors

In the wood materials sector, our push floors are used where large quantities of material are to be stored temporarily. Examples include wood chips, recycled material, sawdust, fuel or pellets.

Various sizes are available: Our push floors are available in standard sizes ranging from 3 m to 21 m. Depending on the size and moving floor length, up to 1,700 m3/h can be stored. The standard discharge capacities range from 100 m3/h to 1000 m3/h.

Optimal discharge

Silo discharge conveyor

Conveying heavy-flowing materials is a real challenge. That is why we have developed a special silo discharge conveyor with a combined scraper arm and screw system. This enables reliable discharge and metering of difficult-flowing materials (e.g. pastes and slurries) or other bridging materials from silos and bunkers. And this is how it works: a rotating clearing arm activates the discharge, while the slotted bottom supports the uniform mass flow. Downstream, combing discharge screw conveyors safely meter the difficult-flowing materials from the feed and ensure transport to the transfer point.

Crushing made easy

Lump and nodule crushers

Our lump and tuber crushers for light and soft bulk materials are mainly used in the sugar industry. Here they are used to crush material that has caked together. However, our special plants can also be found in other industries: For example, the double-shaft large lump crusher is mainly used in power plants as well as in the ash area of waste incineration plants.
