New production site in Stow, Ohio officially opened – a modern new build for the future
AMF-Bruns expands its US site: new production and logistics facility inaugurated in Stow, Ohio
With a ceremonial opening, the Bruns family officially inaugurated the new production site together with more than 100 guests. Among those present were numerous project partners – including banks, financing partners, construction companies, and planners – as well as local guests from politics and business and long-standing customers.
The new facility was built in the typical AMF-Bruns design and provides around 4,000 square meters of production and logistics space, creating optimal conditions for efficient order processing. The building is complemented by approximately 450 square meters of modern office and social areas.
Particular attention was given during the planning phase to modern and employee-friendly working conditions. Among other features, this includes noise-protected, ergonomically designed workstations for aluminum processing in the area of Smartfloor manufacturing.
The construction project was completed in an impressive timeframe: only ten months passed from the groundbreaking in May 2025 to completion in February 2026. The operational relocation also took place in February, meaning the new facility has been successfully in use for daily operations since March.
Sustainability also played a central role: the energy-efficient building is equipped with a 125 kWp photovoltaic system, actively contributing to reduced energy consumption.
As part of the opening ceremony, a donation check was also presented to the Stow Community Foundation – a sign of social commitment that rounded off the festive occasion.
