Comprehensive plant technology for new sugar refinery in Oman
AMF-Bruns is supplying comprehensive plant technology for a new sugar refinery in Oman. Meanwhile, 95% of the components have arrived and the remaining elements will soon be on their way.
Scope of delivery and services:
- A port reception for raw sugar with a capacity of 1,200 t/h, including a system for uniform and automated distribution to the two raw sugar warehouses.
- Feeding raw sugar to the process building
- Conveyor technology within the process building
- Feed and discharge to conditioning silo – including recirculation and conditioning system
- Feed to bulk loading and packaging station with corresponding controlled and variable distribution to packaging machines
- The necessary weighing and dust extraction technology
- Last but not least, a centralised machine and equipment cleaning system in the packaging area
